Biography

My name is Adam Harder, I have a passion for 3d work specifically animation and effects.

After spending a lot of time debating whether I would enjoy animation or effects more, I came to conclusion that I simply enjoy bringing a scene to life. I am attracted to technical work and creative work, at the end of the day visual effects work is a nice combination of both.

I enjoy improving my art and technical skills. I try to spend time brushing up on my math, which has been very helpful when I am doing scripting for effects. I also think for anyone working in a visual medium it is important to develop an eye for art. I would like to take more time to study illustration concepts like design, composition, and color. These are skills that are directly related to any visual medium. Once I have some more experience under my belt I plan on studying cinematography. I very interested in cinematography as a story telling aspect, I find it fascinating to examine. Well executed cinematography can make or break any sequence.
